Masters Program

Course Information

Course listings for summer appear under each program heading. For each course, we have linked a PDF that includes a description, the schedule, and in some cases required texts, materials or advance assignments.

Your summer registration materials will provide the class numbers for your specific program. In some cases, multiple sections may be available. Registration will begin on June 1 via MySlice. Instructions are available in your registration packet.

If, upon reading a course description for one of your required summer courses, you feel that you may have the academic or professional background to waive a requirement, please contact us immediately at pcgrad@syr.edu and we will let you know the procedure.

Any required books will be available at the SU Bookstore the week before classes begin.

Please note that the first week schedule will be changed to make up for orientation day on July 6. Further information about the schedule change will be provided at orientation. For those who don’t normally have class on Fridays, July 10 is our official class-make up day unless notified otherwise by your instructor.
