Newhouse offers 11 professional resident master's programs. We also offer a distance-learning master's degree program in communications management, an academic master's program in media studies, and a doctoral program in mass communications. Those three programs are handled by different offices here at the School.
The application deadline for our resident master's programs is February 1, 2008. All materials, including your official GRE scores, must be in by that deadline in order to be considered. That is also the deadline to be considered for merit aid awards made by the University and the School. Review of applications generally begins in January and decisions will be made on or around March 15 for all applications received by the February 1 deadline. Applications received or completed after that deadline will only be reviewed on a space-available basis.
